Fieldstone Farms
One of Franklin's most popular and largest neighborhoods, Fieldstone Farms is actually one of the largest planned housing communities in the state. This Franklin neighborhood is almost like a little self-contained town with its own stores and dining. Fieldstone Farms also has a top-rated elementary school, feeds award-winning Grassland Middle and Franklin High. It is about a ten minute drive to a major shopping mall, numerous restaurants and offices. Fieldstone has more than 2,000 homes separated into twenty-five different areas within the neighborhood and covers more than nine hundred acres. This Franklin community includes single family homes, townhomes and a section of homes just for senior citizens. Fieldstone Farms has several playgrounds for the children and a Swim and Tennis Club that includes an Olympic sized pool, fitness classes and a soccer field. There are activities in the clubhouse that are geared for all ages, including children. This Franklin neighborhood is an easy commute to Brentwood, Murfreesboro and Nashville.
Cottonwood
A quaint mature neighborhood with a great family focus and cozy feel.
Founders Pointe
This 361-home neighborhood is located just west of Franklin, Tennessee off State Highway 96. It has a rich history and is located just minutes from downtown Franklin.
Horseshoe Bend
Horseshoe Bend is located in the rolling hills just west of Nashville. This 360 home community lies between the Harpeth and Little Harpeth Rivers and next to Edwin Warner Park in northern Williamson County. Established in 1987, Horseshoe Bend is now a prestigious, mature community - just minutes from the great shopping and restaurants in Bellevue, Green Hills, Belle Meade, and Cool Springs.
In addition to the scenic landscape and stately homes, Horseshoe Bend offers the finest in homeowner amenities, including a first class swimming pool, a beautiful clubhouse, two guest suites, six tennis courts, and a children's playground.
Hunterwood
The Hunterwood Neighborhood has an official Brentwood Tennessee address but is directly across from Grassland Schools. The location is midway between the Green Hills area of Nashville and Franklin or Cool Springs. It has a cozy community vibe and all of the amenities.
Laurelbrooke
A private gated community of multimillion dollar homes, Laurelbrooke is located on almost 600 acres of gorgeous forested land. This neighborhood has five separate sections, each with its own style. Laurelbrooke is well known for the natural and man-made landscapes and streetscapes which are so beautiful they almost have a fairytale quality. The amenities in the neighborhood of Laurelbrooke include two lighted tennis courts, a multi-use playing field and a basketball court. There are also playgrounds, a covered picnic pavilion, and miles of paved hiking and walking trails. Some of these trails even lead to several stocked fishing ponds with fountains and waterfalls.
Montpier Farms
The Montpier Farms development boasts larger lots, room for horses and other furry friends. Most of the homes have over two acres of land with architecture ranging from rustic to contemporary. It lies just minutes from Downtown Franklin, 25 minutes from Nashville and feeds award-winning Grassland Schools.
River Rest
Another planned community located just off Hillsboro Road between Green Hills and Franklin. Here you can find condos and single family properties along with amenities of a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and a playground. River Rest is also located directly across from Grassland Elementary and Grassland Middle Schools.
Temple Hills
Temple Hills is one of the great golf communities in the Franklin area. With its rolling hills, family focused atmosphere and variety of homes in various price points, Temple Hills has a lot to offer. Close to Nashville, Downtown Franklin, Cool Springs and the historic Natchez Trace Parkway. Although Temple Hills feeds the Grassland School District, private schools are also located nearby.

Westhaven
Westhaven is another planned community that is built on more than 1,500 acres. It will have more than 2,500 residences and 500,000 square feet of commercial space when it is completed. This unique upscale Franklin neighborhood is also being designed to meet residents' needs without having to leave Westhaven. When this neighborhood is complete, it will have job opportunities, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance in the neighborhood. Westhaven has a golf course, a new elementary school and huge residents club. Amenities abound in this neighborhood which is divided into five residential areas all joined together by a series of greenways, playing fields, and parks.
